20 medium cucumbers
Onions
1 cup salt
4 cups vinegar
4 cups water
3 cups sugar
4 tsp. celery seed
2 tsp. mustard seed
2 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. turmeric
Wash cucumbers and cut in thin slices without peeling. Slice onions and combine vegetables with salt for two hours. Combine remaining ingredients, and heat. Rinse the vegetables from salt water and add to above ingredients. Cook for 30 minutes. Can and seal.
